Food & All I can Expect from Eating
All thanks to YT for the treat. It was really a great visual treat as well as I have never had a meal at such urban heights before, not to mention the great catchup session with the Oberstrasse folks
I love dining places with high ceilings~

My usual first plate at any buffet, as I simply can't resist Salmon Sashimi =)
Sri Lankan crab, Mussels, clams~

And my very first Foie Gras in my life, never too late. The taste, as WQ has described, is really indescribable. It's very well-done and I really like the whole experience of tasting it~

I used to comment how unawesome our skyline is as compared to the Big Apple city but hey, I am sure our homeland's skyline will be much nicer in a decade and here is our awesome Urban skyline for now~

National Day is not here yet but I wanna say when I was in Secondary 3, there is still no Flyer, no MBS & no Esplanade. And here we are now =)
