Had the chance to savour Peking Duck after a decade probably. I had the faintest memory ever of my recollection of tasting the delicacy, so imagine my ecstacy when I finally had the luxury of recalling how it tasted. Inspired by a magazine, I went to this acclaimed restaurant in town...The slightly opulent interior~
Surprise as I didnt imagine that the chef will slice the duck in our presence~
Yummy! I cannot find a more suitable word to describe the fine duck, even the plate is so customized to the dish~
U have to forget the sinfulness the moment u placed your order~
The duck skin is certainly thin yet crisp to the perfect touch~
The joy of having the Peking duck is also partly because I get the chance to DIY, make my own roll =)
The service is personalized and excellent, tea is constantly refilled and the manager even checked to ensure food is satisfactory =) I will definitely be back for more.After much procrastination, I finally went to the famous steamboat in Golden Mile. The place is famous for its chicken rice and pork chop as well. However, I think that its very much overrated!
The chicken rice, in my humble opinion, is less tasty than BTKee~
No matter what, I guess you will never know unless you try =)
