MORE is LESS
I have never imagined that there will be a threshold for Salmon Sashimi.
Apparently the threshold exists, after a savouring huge quantities of it for a few hours.
Thats where I finally realized that certain things are simply "More is Less".
When that happens, perhaps we should abide by the opposing Maxim instead,
Less is More.

Okay, once upon a time, there was a baby born on the 13th Dec 1985...
When he was less than one year old ~
And slowly, he grew bigger, but still ignorant of many things...
Though young, he already knows how to STARE !

Fond Memories~
Don't assume all Pandas love eating bamboos, as there are some who are simply willing to try other food...
And there it is... this Panda particularly loves eating Pandan Cake, as there is simply so much affiliation in the names... It is so glad that it is willing to try something other than bamboos in order to discover other food gems...
Apart from eating, acting innocent is also this Panda's forte... Tsk Tsk...
Best of all, it loves rolling from one place to another for convenience's sake as its plain lazy... call it a Rolling Panda... 
And it is still capable of so much more, hidden beneath its black and white fur coat...
Waiting to be rediscovered~
Life can be bitter like coffee, but we can always choose to sweeten it up by adding more milk or sugar ~
We can never have coffee and dessert simultaneously, which explains why some form of choice is inevitable at times ~
Mixing both together will only result in unpleasantness~

It has been some time since I watched fireworks, reason being I am not a crowd lover, neither do I enjoy the feeling of being sanwiched by throngs of people.
The next time I see fireworks I will make sure I am viewing it in comfort =)

I decided to be anecdotal today.
I only have 15 cents with me this morning when i went to the market. So, I told the nice Auntie selling Mee sheepishly that I am penniless and will pay her few hours later when I go to work nearby. I was very happy that she is so willing to allow me to Otang and told me no hurry to pay back =)
At 12pm, I made my way to work and still feeling bitter that I did not have my intended kopi just now, I went back the same stall and the auntie instantly recognized me (I was silently hoping that she did not) as I ordered and cancelled my order earlier after realizing I brought an empty wallet out. I told her I didn't bring money just now, thats why I "ran away'. Lolx.
And here is her reply,
"小弟以后如果没有钱不用紧，我认得你，你常跟我买的。就算你没回来还，几毛钱的咖啡也可以请你喝的”
It may be something very simple, but at that instant I really felt very touched. Touched by the warmth of the hawkers in my neighbourhood. This is so called 人情味.
Sometimes I think that the Heartlanders are the most generous lot of people, and its ironic that sometimes it's the rich who are the most calculative lot.
And feeling very 草根 after working in the CC for 2 weeks, I bought my $3m hope today, sipping my Kopi 冰, and with a smile in my heart =)

I survived my first week of temp job! I never expect myself to be working in a CC one day. Still, I am thankful for this job given my late job search, not to mention that its so near my house, in the familiar area I grow up in.
Although its barely a week, working here has made me seen how multi-layered our society is.
Spore is so wealthy and advanced,
yet there are still so many people who does not own PCs at home,
people who come to apply for ComCare Fund (Social welfare Scheme awarded to needy people on 3 months basis),
old people who come to apply for Food relief (One Free Meal per day),
people who do not own a single credit/debit card in the entire household,
countless people who read free newspapers in the CC daily...
No matter how fast and far we progress, there will always be some folks left behind...
Suddenly, there is this heightened sense of social awareness in me.
I have been encouraged to join. Should I be in YEC next? Haha
