My flops are old. I know that I can throw it away now that its dirty and frictionless.
But somehow, I feel attached to it.
It has walked with me for so many miles, planting my tiny footprints in different places and countries.
There is probably a time for it to go, but that will probably be when its beyond salvation.
And I must confess I have quite a number of cheap flops which I have stocked up as of now.
So dont be surprised to see me in my old flops still ! I guess sometimes there is always a tendency to remain in our comfort zones and resist changes.
I just watched a movie online. And I particularly like the lines that the Lead actor said. He said that Happiness is like shattered glass, no matter how hard you try, its not possible to pick up all the pieces. However if you try hard enough, you will definitely get some =)
So I guess, the crux is to try to work towards anything, even if you are not hopeful about it, for thats at least a glitter of hope =)
Lets pick up as much pieces of Happiness as our hands can take~
Sometimes I realize I need certain events to make me appreciate something better, which is not a bad thing.
I am addicted to CNN these days, guess its quite a routine for me to switch on the TV and turn to that channel. I just feel that they shouldn't spend 5 or 6 hrs reporting on Tehran, though its the highlight of World news. I mean, there are other news-worthy stuff to report on ! Still, I will choose CNN over BBC.
And A Thousand Splendid Suns. Guess I am slow in touching it only by now! I shall be done with it soon and I will move on to Kite Runner.

Japan is really a place where I will wanna return again. Im glad the three of us managed to survive well on our own and yet able to explore so many places together. Its a blessing that CSS is able to get us around most of the time with her useful jap phrases.
And I enjoyed our Ryokan stay =)
