Come Along With Me - Kobe
The biggest draw for us to Kobe (not the usual visited city), apart from its proximity to Kyoto, are the Pandas !
Maybe I am really a Panda in my past life, such that there is this sense of connectedness whenever I see them...
A short walk from Kobe station to the Zoo~
We kinda arranged to be dressed in tune with the pandas that day =)
It's pretty obvious the highlight of the zoo are the Pandas~
There are 2 Pandas there. And sometimes I really envy their way of living. Eat. Sleep. Abundance of bamboo to chew. What's more, they are treated as national treasures or world treasures.

Other animals which caught my eye are the Red Panda and Peacock. It's the first time I saw a peacock in its full form. And also my first spotting a red Panda, which I surmise has no relation to the giant Panda. It's vastly different !
And not forgetting the many Panda pics, with the fake ones first...
And finally, the REAL Giant Panda upclose...
After the Zoo was a long walk through this dead shopping street~
And after a long time, we finally reached where we intended to go - The Harbour and Mosaic.

The well-deserved lunch~
Followed by a visit to this museum which were past residences of famous people~
We only spent half a day in Kobe. It's a very slow-paced city, vastly different from Kyoto and Osaka. And it seems like majority of the folks are older people. Well I guess the younger ones rather seek jobs in the bigger cities.
