Join Me in the Fun - DisneySeaBeing the one and only in the world, there's no reason to miss out on Disneysea when the Lands are all over the world. I really applaud Disney for its success in making every visitor feel like they have gone back to their childhood once again and instilling that sense of happiness in them, even just for that mere few hours in the theme park. You enter feeling excited, experience the theme park feeling like a child all over again, and leave the place with a smile in your heart =)))It's the Spring season in Disney~
Disneysea is a big playground~
One of the landmark inside has to be the Volcano, which erupts every now and then~

The Aladdin story, told in the animation form~
Little Mermaid World~
Aladin's Kingdom~

I guess this should be Aladin's camel~

Even Mickey has to become the Arabic version ! It's the cutest no matter what it wears~
The Arabic Minnie~
We queued for about 45min to take the pic with Mickey. It's all worth it~The last lap~

Come Along With Me - TokyoFinally we had our last 5 days in Tokyo, Asia's most expensive city and the place which I have heard for so long. It was never really in my mind to do a grad trip to Japan, neither did I expect myself to fly to the Land of the rising Sun so soon. Still, the thought of setting foot in Tokyo excites me.I must say we really covered alot in Tokyo, more than what we initially planned, considering that we strictly had only 3 full days in Tokyo city itself.Ginza The oxford street of Japan, the place to find your LVs or Burberry.
Unlike in SG, or even Europe, big brands occupy a whole building to themselves!

Akihabara
AKA Electric town, just imagine our own Sim Lim Square multiplied by 50 or 100. Thats how the Electric Town came about. It's the place to find electronic products, manga and Porn ! We actually stumbled into a building seeling porn. Just imagine the sex shop in Sg multiplied by 7 storeys. Thats the difference in demand for such needs~

Shibuya
The place where the young and cool hang out. It's big, crowded and happening.
The haphazard crossing in virtually all directions ~
We snacked alot ! Thats good, cos I like to try different kinds of food in small portions.
Krispy Kreme, probably the only outlet in Tokyo.
It's seriously too sweet for even a sweet tooth like mine. Imagine double the sweetness of Donut Factory. Thumbs down !
Thats the layer of Sugar coated on~
The cat in its different forms again, spotted in Shibuya 109~
We chanced upon this restaurant after having Krispy Kreme, and I know at once dinner will definitely be here.
Panda Restaurant, thats really the name~
After so much Jap food, Italian Pasta, we gotta go back to our roots once again - Chinese Food.
The fried rice is damn nice~
Shibuya at night~
HRC at Ueno, just a stop away from our Ryokan in Iriya~
Our Ryokan for 5 nights. Its very clean and has all the necessary stuff, I like it alot~
Shinjuku
Shinjuku station is a big maze, and cluttered with lots of departmental stores. Its one of the must-go place if you have only one day in Tokyo.

I like the futuristic design of the left building~
You will never get thirsty along the streets in Tokyo~
I thought that the Uniqlo store is nice~ And I wanan say its so overrated in SG.
Shinjuku at night~
We headed to Roppongi to seek out the other HRC, which is much nicer in design than the Ueno branch~
One of the KFC breakfast we had, different menu from SG~
Not your typical vending machine. Its where you pay for your food ticket. Its easy, fuss-free and I like it lots~
Really love the dinner so much! In terms of the food, its one of the nicest soba I have tried, and I am never a fan of the cold noodles in SG.
Experience wise, I really like the idea of eating like the busy Tokyo folks, standing while eating, and we all have no complaints about that~
Snack time after dinner~ They have mocha flavour here, not in Sg though.
I succumbed to ice-cream again at Taka~
Tsukiji Fish Market
Our initial plan was to catch the fish auctioning, but we missed it ! Guess you really have to be damn early. For the record, we reached Tsukiji around 630 am. It reminds me of our wholesale market in Jurong, which I have been to when I was young with my Dad. But its really less smelly in Tsukiji.
One of the must-do here is to try the Sashimi Breakfast. Sounds like a crazy idea actually. I mean, who has Sashimi for breakfast in SG?! Probably the craze Jap fanatics. But I still relish the idea of that. Afterall, the Sashimi is fresh from the auction in the morning.
A typical breakfast set is 3000yen, which is around 45SGD. We are really street-smart enough to find a good bargain which is damn nice I must say.
I really miss the Salmon! Will go back to Japan just for it once again~
Had Yakitori after our Sashimi breakfast~
Tokyo Dome
Its the equivalent of our Indoor Stadium, but I guess they really developed their Tokyo Dome surroundings much better than us. There are shopping centres and a theme park just beside it.
Baseball matches and pop concerts are held within the Dome~
Definitely not my game~
Odaiba
Odaiba is a reclaimed Land in Japan, and it simply reminds me of Sentosa, though its a much less beachy version of Sentosa.
