Memoirs of OVE Laos Ep 2 - The TeamIt was a huge group of 33 people. Unfortunately my limited PR skills only allow me to have meaningful interaction with some people, definitely not with everybody. And seriously, some people are just not so open and friendly. But of cos there are great peeps to have around with, its the same everywhere I guess. This is the conference room of the school - where we actually had our daily lunch.
The Cultural centre which was located minutes from our lodge~
Group pic at the University of Laos~
At the school we were at for 6 days~
With most of the kids and teachers, thats their sch uniform~
The construction site where we played with cement, carry bricks, breathe dust, sand, sweat~
One of the nights during sharing session, at the rooftop of our lodge~
Laying the bricks, looks easy but no easy feat. Kudos to our Samsui women, really~
The sand were manually carried by us (the guys) using the pulley method, from level one to level 2. Damn shagg~
Her name is Pinky, and she is damn cute~
The middle gal is Anna, she is damnn pretty la, like the school belle and she is 16. Can u believe it~
Our daily transport - Laos Tuktuk~
Simin and me at this outdoor food place beside the Mekong~
Supposedly a famous fountain in Vientiene, which has no water!
Our last day in school - and it was a super teary session. The gals were all practically crying away as well as the kids
Our typical dinner affair at the rooftop, damn nice oriental food~
