Tage Sechs - Yverdon, Neuchatel und Interlaken

Woke up super early as I panned to go 3 cities that day. Technically speaking I haven been to these 3 before(Interlaken isnt counted cos that time when I was there its was very late at night and I didnt see it in the day). And Yverdon and Neuchatel are on the western side of Switz!

So I went Yverdon 1st, which is a 3 hrs straight train ride from St Gallen. This trip to yverdon is totally unplanned as I was just browsing websites and felt that since I haven been exploring much of the french region I should do so this time round.
The famous cathedral there~
The quiet shopping street on a sunday~
=)
The almost dried river~
I like the contrast of the house with the sky~
Another side of the river~
Probably the most accomplished stuff I did in Yverdon is to go to the mineral spa! Yes my 1st spa session in Europe! Hmm it's a rather popular tourist spot in Yverdon and I didnt take pics cos its quite inconvenient. Anw it's just like a swimming pool, just that the water is pure mineral water and I heard u can drink it directly(which no one did at least). Alot of Europeans(and I suspect tourists included) and Im the only Asian around. The feeling of soaking in warm water in Spring in Jacuzzi-like pool is simply a paradise, basking in the sun in the water.
I thought Yverdon is rather boring if not for the Mineral Spa highlight, which I wanted to experience.

The 2nd city of the day is Neuchatel, which is a mere 19min train ride away from Yverdon. It was also an unplanned city beforehand as the pics I saw on the net looks very enticing. It was overall not too bad, and definitely better than Yverdon. Since it's the french speaking region, the train announcements r in French(instead of German) and "Die Post" is called "La Post" here.
I walked about 15 min to the lake area from the train station.
Its rather pretty~
The lake with many boats~

Swans are aplenty in the lakes in Switz esp when there r food nearby~
The mini park beside the lake, with many people lying on the grass~
The sandy ground~
Im clearly obsessed with flowers as they r simply too pretty to miss capturing its shots~
The flowers r all so cheery! Like they r smiling at u :)
The bed of flowers~
At The city area~

Many tourists and locals having Alfresco chilling sessions in the fine weather~
Neuchatel at a glance from a bird's eye spot~

Finally I was so looking forward to my last destination - Interlaken! It is the city u go to when u wanna go up the Yungfrau mountains. Seriously no regrets going there in the day as it's super beautiful. I really enjoyed my 2 hr solo stroll in Interlaken, taking in the scenery, observing interesting people, sights, taking my own sweet time strolling. It's an enjoyment, not forgetting the millions of cubic metres of fresh air I took in there :)

This will sure make an interesting proverb~
A fountain where many tourist were busily snapping pics of it~
Im a tourist too so no exception! Haha

I like mountains with a little snow over it, as I think its the nicest compared to the totally snow-covered white mountains or those without any white snow.
Im happy that I can say "Konnen Sie mir helfen eine Foto bitte" naturally now.

I still remember this casino which we all entered before late at night during my 1st visit to Interlaken, looks really different in the day.

Super huge Flowers! Like the background wif the 2 gals running across~
The flowery clock~
I have to comment that Indians and Chinese sure took better pics than Europeans(or Swiss). It's hard to believe but it occurs to me that some Swiss dunno how to operate a normal digi cam.
There was a mini-carnival going on that day~ Happy Kinder playing around~
Saw very interesting sights in the sky! Im super keen on trying!
Landing soon!Landed on a tree?! Haha. No la just that the parachute fot stuck on it while he landed on the grass.
More river!

I have a new goal, which is to return to die Schweiz in less than 5 years time and do this! I will do it over the Yungfrau region, shd be super exciting! 5 years shd be a good deadline since by that time shd have more money and wun look too old & ugly to take pics still (probably yes but Im trying to be optimistic).

Just a glimpse of a typical Menu from an Asian restaurant, prices in CHF. Of cos I wasnt eating there but just passing by.Finally can go home after 7pm! Super tired that day, as I counted 8.5 hrs on train travelling and 6 hrs on land travelling. Okay Auf Wiedersehen and Guten nacht now!
Will be back wif my MV entry~
