Demsey Expedition
The friday night out is indeed a great relief to my stressful week. I was totally jaded from the whole week of school, which includes constant dozing off in seminars. And the last thing I wanna remember is the upcoming test next tuesday. So glad that meeting Nuan, Jay and Adrian allow me to let my hair down for the night. Oh hope it's not too late to apologise for my lateness. The SPASTIC SBS BUSES is HORRIBLE! So much about Spore ranting about having a world class transport system when buses aren't punctual( I waited for 25 min for a SINGLE deck packed 65 to arrive at Bencoolen street), and POOR system such that 2 double decked buses were right behind the 65 I boarded. Really makes me wonder how they schedule for the buses to depart from the interchange. PLS learn about punctuality from the Swiss before taking about being world class.
Oh we went Damsey for dinner and I must say its a pleasant experience for me. We went to Barracks and its pretty cool. Nice old setting and not too noisy, and there was a very pretty PR gal who walks to most tables to chat with customers. Even the toilet is unique! The whole place retains the original barrack setting from the past. Food wise, pretty decent but prices r slightly steep. I had this mushroom dish with rice, Adrian had fish n chips, Jay with his Lobster Spagetti and Nuan with her not-so-pleased chicken breast.

After dinner we headed to PS Cafe for desserts. Waited awhile as it was super packed. I had chocolate cake and shared with Adrian. Jay and Nuan had WHite chocolate cake. And Im so glad we shared! It's jus crazy to finish that sinful thick chocolate cake yaself no matter how much u love chocolate. Chocolate makes people happy =)
