AGE - Merely a number ?
As the gals turn 21 this year(how young that seems suddenly), my batch of peers will turn 23. I wouldn't say we are all young anymore, afterall 23 is a BIG number to me, though I jus turned 22 not long ago. I believe when people say age is merely a number, they probably undermine the truthness in what they said. I mean, do people really care less over the cruel process of aging?
You know you are no longer a teenager when...
Fastfood is no longer yr cup of tea.
Going Orchard becomes more of a chore than an enjoyment.
Going to Cineleisure makes you feel old.
Chilling out in a pub is prefered to clubbing.
Home gatherings are chosen over chalets.
Cathering food sounds better compared to BBQ.
Friends are carrying Coach or Gucci Bags opposed to Espirit.
Peers are getting engaged or married.
Receiving notification for annual ICT(in-camp training) becomes customary.
Perhaps aging isn't scary, when all yr friends are growing up with you, when you learn more about yourself, when you realise what you want in life... When nothing seems more important than being happy everyday =)
