溏心风暴
If you ask me what I have been busy with these days, it's not studying for exams(despite being 2 wks away), neither is it travelling(for the record, Im really tired of travelling), it's being glued to my laptop, fighting for bandwidth in the house(which I find make no sense), watching 溏心风暴。If u r still outdated, this is the most popular TVB show this year, and it reaped many of the main awards at the TVB awards ceremony just last month.
Yup I heard much of the show in newspaper and magazines in spore before coming here and Im so glad I finally had the chance to watch now, although it's not the optimal time but well, an excellent show still deserves my attention. Im not so guilty becos XX is also in the midst of the show despite her exams, and even Potato has started watching it. Suddenly I find all the Taiwanese idol shows so meaningless and so lack of content.
Anyway, this show really caused a huge stir in HK when it was aired, and part 2 is in the making. If Im to list out the main success factor of the show, it definitely has to be the great acting by the actors. I really like 司棋姐's character 大契, fair and kind, just like a great matriarch. And I totally love her golden lines in the show "未登天子位，先置殺人刀！" and "我話係就係，唔駛證據！呢度唔係法庭，唔需要證據，我對眼就係證據！" So heartening when she said these lines to scold 細契(關菊英).
Really felt quite fed up as I was watching. So many Villians in the show who pissed me off so much. Feel like slapping them. Haha. 關菊英 is so irritating, but to be objective, there's no doubt her acting is good, even though she was a singer.

2 younger actors worth mentioning in the show are 鍾嘉欣 and 林峰. For a newcomer, I think Linda's acting is really quite good, not to mention she's so sweet looking(being a HK Pageant contestant), and reminds me of Ma Xiao Ling. Im very sure Linda will be the next Ah Jie in TVB. Raymond and her are really compatible in the show, and there r rumours that they are dating now. And Raymond is rather charming as well, as I agree with XX, though he's not a typical handsome guy.Raymond & Linda

Okay Im only at Ep25 and there are 40 ep. Gonna continue watching and should finish by next week. I can see that my canto is improving leaps and bounds. LOL. I deserve to be slapped for being so thick-skinned.Feel like acting now~
