Gourmet CuisineAfter the countless travel blogs, it's time to salivate over the home-cooked food prepared painstakingly by us here. This entry is the latest update of the food we just had today. As follows: BreakFast: Hashbrown, Large Sausage & Sunnyside-up Egg, prepared by yours truly. It's quite a breeze preparing the breakfast, took me a mere 20min. LoL. The 5 people breakfast
Close-up Macro shot. It's satisfying none of the egg-yolks broke, need a little skill in that =)
The Dinner Feast: Hainanese Chicken Rice, complimented with black sauce, chilli sauce and ginger sauce & Thai Sweet Chilli Sauce (I love thai sweet chilli sauce!)Side Dishes: Veggie in Oyster Sauce, Egg with Ham and Onions, SoupOnly me, WQ & JH were at home to prepare dinner and we took about 90 minutes as the chicken needs time to be soaked, rice needs to be cooked etc.The result: Chicken was great, tasted like what I can eat in Hawker centres. Veggie was awesome! And the egg was palatable as well =) The rice was a little burnt, if not it would have been a perfecto meal.
