Swiss, St gallen
A Big Thank U to all those who came to the airport last nite, despite being a sunday, dear BFG, Beyonce & crew, deer Willie, Hannie & Wenhao(whom I totally did not expect to turn up at all, but thanks anw!), of cos my Mum and Sis too =) ALso to those who SMS me, MSN me, Jason who called me from AUS... Im touched by all the heartfelt warm wishes! If given choice, I will not go for this exchange this sem. It's too hurting for me but still, I cannot betray the school's trust in me(sound so noble) and cannot be so irresponsible to back out also. So I just have to endure, and gain enjoyment, in the midst of this exchange.
Anw quite alot of hiccups along the way, firstly my luggage couldnt close while I was about to leave my hse as there is too much stuff, then baggage was excess and I have to remove a bag, and I realized I forgot to bring my lappy battery so I have to rely on power point all the time now, while on the train I sat in the wrong place. Im supposed to sit in the 2nd class cabin but I ended up in 1st class one, but heck lor, I just paid a sum to continue sitting there as there r simply too many bags for me to relocate again.
The 12 hrs flight doesnt feel that long, as the new A380 is comfy, nice entertainment, bigger screen, nicer food, nicer pillow and blanket, and I brought much warmth & memories with me, from the pics taken in airport plus Si's cookies below. Thanx alotz! It really filled my stomach at the train station in St Gallen while I was waiting to be picked up, when everyting is so ex and I was starving. And the flowers from deer rain lifted my depressed spirits up... not forgetting the lovely keychain =)
Waited alone in the st gallen station for 2 hrs plus, dunno how I pass time also, just stoning, and I did a risky thing by running to the toilet with my baggage left alone cos the toilet is too faraway. Luckily its still there when I return...
