Memoirs of a Cooking Evening
I have to dedicate a post just to blog about how cooking is like over here. Im quite fortunate to begin with, as today I did not have to do alot to prepare the dinner. According to Jie Hui, they agreed to treat it as a welcome dinner for me, which should be the only time when I do so little in helping. Haha. But it was fun attempting to find out how to cook, when to add the oyster sauce to the Veg, deciding how much rice to cook etc. And the menu sounds good to me: Spag with special sauce, Cheese Omelete, Cabbage plus Long Beans and Rice.
Of course I feel I've been a great help also, because I helped to spread the OIL in the pan, if not nothing can be cooked right. Lol. I'll wash all the plates tmr =) Yeah thumbs up to Yee Tien, Jie Hui and Wen Qing for being such great cooks and for whipping up the fabulous meal I thought.
