Sunny Day
Got up at 8 plus to fax some documents to MINDEF, den prepared to head to Vivo meet E2s peeps. Actually I was not late, but when I was about to go out, I saw huge piles of small ants on my table. Shit man, always happen when I was abt to leave my hse! Anw, after killing hundreds of them, I took mrt down to vivo and meet the rest. We took the monorail there. Love the monorail :)
Initially we had the intention of settling down at Cafe Delma but in the end dunno why the idea was called off. Oh den me and Jason were too distrated by some bikini babes being shot by Maxim or FHM(I suspect) at the beach so we went to check it out. There were about 4 or 5 photographers shooting each model but they were not very pretty la, figure soso only. Den we laid out 3 mats and settled under a shady place. Played one round of bluff, which I lost :( Den waited for Kiyoshi's ball to arrive before we reluctantly moved our butts to play some volleyball. Sun was high up in the sky, and we played for about 30 min I tink before this group of guys came to challenge us. So we the 5 guys played against them. We just played 2 rounds, we won the 1st and they won the 2nd narrowly.
Went back to the shade to rest and the rest decided to play majong cards, while Jason and I went to cafe delma's pool to soak in and relax. Damn relaxing, I didn't wanna get up. It's so nice to just sit in there, enjoy the music, enjoy eye-candying, chatting and simply chilling out. Soaked for about 45 min den we all went to shower and headed to Vivo for super late lunch. Damn hungry.
We went to White Dog Cafe for lunch and it was like close to 4pm. It was quite comfortable to dine there but I thot the food was so-so. I had chicken fillet and Nuan beside me had chicken leg. According to the rest, the pasta is not bad though. But I love the potato(no pun intended). Haha. 
Okay some of them went to play badminton at Sengkang. Waisoon booked a court. Jason and Nuan continued shopping at Vivo. I came home to rest awhile den went out at 7 plus to proceed for Lisa Wang's concert. I enjoyed the concert. She wasnt the only performing artiste. There was also the chinese orchestra band performing with her and the music was so melodious. I love chinese instruments like gu zhen, er-hu etc. I can imagine myself learning them when I retire in future and had nth to do. Lisa sings well, belting out nice familiar canotonese oldies and chinese oldies. She's really like a professional singer,doesn't talk nonsense nor jokes, just there to sing the songs properly, and she totally doesn't remind me that her main profession is acting. And Wai Han's grandparents were there too according to her. Overall it was an enjoyable performance :) Happy Mother's Day to my dear MUM & all mothers
And these few days saw news of Chris being sentenced. I feel sorry for Fann, & of cos for Chris also. I can't imagine him being in a cell with 3 other prisoners, have to bathe in front of them, eat and shit with them etc. It's so unimaginable. And he will be in the same prison as the criminal offencees. Fann is so poor thing too, bet she must be feeling saddened by the whole saga. I believe everyone makes silly mistakes. It might be easy to chide Chris for running away, but if it happened to us, will we be courageous enough to stop and think logically, or will we be too panic-stricken and chose to leave the scene? It's not that easy for normal beings like us, let alone a reputable figure like Chris to muster that courage. Afterall,
