Happy V'Dae
Well this week has been so tiring for me! I had a FM test on Monday which didn't turn out very well & I even had to resort to unorthodox means. Haha. Anw good riddence it''s over. Ziying came over to NTU surprisingly on Monday nite, was quite surprised to received her call and she told me she was in Hall 3, just behind my hall. So I decided to go over to meet her awhile. The last time we met was at my b'day months ago. Anw Hall 3 was having this V'day Special Valentine's Talentime where guys sing to dedicate their love, some sort that kinda thing. Quite funny and entertaining, and I tink hall 3 is really not bad to stay in. Probably the best hall in NTU in terms of location, environment & reputation. Kinda regretted not opting for an air-con hall initially. After that, I went to catch the last episode of 金枝欲孽。A superB HK drama! Really hope S'pore can produce shows of this standard, but the ending is quite sad.
Accounting is getting harder and harder, while Bizlaw is getting more fun. I tink Valerie is damn nice, we r all very lucky to have her as our tutor. She's so personable & humorous, and her teaching is very animated which makes the lesson very interesting. After lesson, we went QUAD to have lunch and sat there till 2 plus while our elective is at 130pm. Heck and hell with it, we didn't go for lecture again! Me, Si, Bb & YH went PS instead for a movie! JUST FOLLOW LAW! A must-watch peeps! Fann Wong rox! She really got no image in the show, and very entertaining too. If u have never seen the crude, unglam & vulgar Fann up-to-date, STOP hesitating! GO into the cinema to watch now! Dun buy pirated VCD, nor miss it or watch it in JB or wait 2 years later for Chn 8 to air! Go watch this weekend! Haha, y I sounded so demanding but well, I had the entertainment interests at heart for eveyone.
After the movie, we made our way to Bugis. Then me and Si parted with BB and YH. And I saw James, my sec school classmate, with his gf eating. Quite surprised to see him, just said Hi to him as I didn't wanna disrupt him. Then it was already past 730. I made a reservation at 730 at this Italian place which I forgot the name. And we saw the twin sisters of Campus superstar waitering there. One of them served us actually.
We were not very hungry actually, so ordered light meals. And I ended up eating sth like roast chicken again, like wat I had in QUAD. We had this dessert called Tartofu, didn't really expect it to be quite a small cup of chocolate with cream. And fruit mocktails too! I find the restaurant too brightly-lit, and the staff r overly busy, like literally running over the place.
After eating, I took my gift out. I'm so Chui, still gotta arrange the stuff into a box before handing it to Si. I tink she shd know I'm up to sth since I left for quite long in between to settle some stuff. It's a puzzle, and we spended like 30 or 45min arranging it. But the process is fun. I guess a puzzle amateur like me seriously need more practice. Den I took out the flowers from under the table. For a moment, I felt like a magician. And quite a lousy one. Haha. Den we left the place, strolled to Chimes to take some pics and wow, that place is nice. Den strolled to raffles city, and decided to enter this hotel...
BUT, we only went to the poolside. Haha. Surprisingly, there's still a couple dining ard 10 plus, and people swimming. It's very tranquil, and breezy also. If only there's a chair to lie down, and just close my eyes for seconds, with stars shining bright above me...
Den we strolled back to the car & sent Si back... Now I know y u r not on MSN the past few days, actually I did think of wat u might be doing, as u r being yr usual secretiveness again. Haha. Thanx for the surprise! I dun tink it will taste bitter, as the sweetness in it is too overwhelming! Happy V'Day! And Happy Friendship Day to My dearest sweetest Friends~
