Dearest Wishes
Just 2 days, and the feeling I get is like taking a rollarcoaster. The fateful night the day before, which is a very close shave, and yesterday nite, which is totally opposite - Sweet & memorable. No wonder there's a song by Ronan Keating called Life's a Rollarcoaster.
Yesterday I went out with Fries, took her to take cable car. haha. Dunno y I want to lauf but maybe becos I realli very very long never take the cable car, already forgot how it is like in the cabin. Luckily I chose it to be at nite, cos I can imagine how hot it will be inside during the day. It was very cooling in the cabin, superB view of the surroundings though it's dark, and it just felt so nice & serene. Maybe the person beside u makes a whole lot of difference too. Haha. Within 4 min, it arrived at Mt Faber. When I first stepped out, I wasn't feeling like Im in S'pore. I too Sua Ku maybe, cos it's my 1st time to Mt Faber. I didn't know the place is lydat. The restaurant is really very beautiful. I must dine there one day. So I also dunno the place well, plus Fries is a 路痴, so not very helpful also. So we just walked and walked lor, then anyhow walk when we saw this slope upwards which seemed to lead to the peak of Mt Faber. So of cos we walked up & then I was so surprised to see a Merlion! Haha. Very excited. I thought S'pore only got 2 Merlions? One is the Mega-Sized Merlion at Sentosa & the other cute Merlion at Esplanade there. Y Mt Faber also got another 私生子? Haha. That Merlion also cute de, small sized. It's very cool on top, literally cool & also becos there are lighted arrows pointing to all directions of S'pore which tells u where u are looking at. Got one direction even points to Jakarta! How far is that manz. So we just talked & enjoy the night wind. Very relaxed.
After that I'm kind of hungry liao so head back to take cable car back again. The ride really too short, 4 min only. So we went VIVO to eat at this Brother restaurant of Swenson's called Earle Swensons I tink. Ambience quite nice, very different from Swenson's but the menu, I couldn't see any difference. After eating, then went back liao.
The MSNs last nite is one of the funniest ones I had so far, last nite just couldn't stop laufing. Not only me la, some of them also. I will reserve places for u all at Hougang Chalet, think Pz & SK are potential residents there. Haha. Me also la, I will accompany u two also. Thanx Fries for making the laughters possible! It's my most satisfied 21st B'day present! Laughs are enough~ Hahaha
